Today, the situation is still worrying, especially in the context we are experiencing. Twenty years later, where are we?

In addition to individual psychological and biological factors, the risk of developing mental health problems is greatly increased by exposure to unfavorable economic, geopolitical, environmental and social circumstances. These last years, the succession of crises (Covid-19, wars, climate crisis, inflation, etc.) has had a major impact on our mental health also we   must deal with the large-scale repercussions of these events and rethink our relationship with mental health in order to guarantee better prevention for all

According to the WHO,decent work is conducive to good mental health. However, beyond a generalized loss of meaning, the mental health of employees is deteriorating and more and more workers report suffering from symptoms linked to psychosocial risks (concentration problems, stress, sleep problems, depression, burn-out). These disorders directly impact the health of individuals and the functioning of businesses. It is because mental health is important that we must talk about it within organizations and thatthe company constitutes a key element in prevention.

More than ever, mental health is an issue for humans and for society
